Ms Arty Kumari has an experience of over 12 years in the development sector. She began her career with PRADAN and worked extensively on the grass roots directly engaging with the community in the tribal pockets of Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Jharkhand. She was the Program Manager at Landesa India where she played an instrumental role in advocating policies around Land rights for single women and women headed households in Bihar. She has featured in many episodes of the programs of DD Bihar as a gender and land rights expert. She has also had a stint with OXFAM India in Bihar where she worked for social inclusion theme. At Commutiny – the youth Collective she worked as the Associate Director where she has engaged with the youth in 19 states across India on the themes of Health, education, rights and entitlements. She is vastly exposed on projects supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), European Union, UNICEF, IKEA foundation, Axis Bank Foundation and many others. She has an expertise in liasoning with several stakeholders especially the Government officials. She has done Masters in Economics from Patna University and Bachelors in Economics from Patna Women's college.

Aditya Kumar

Mr. Aditya Kumar has a vast experience of working in the development sector. Prior to the development sector he was in the corporate sector working in General Insurance and Mobile infotainment technology. Motivated by a chance exposure towards the work of PRADAN he left his corporate job and joined PRADAN. For the past 10 years he has worked with the most premier grass root development agencies of India like PRADAN, AKRSP(I) and SRIJAN in the most remote and impoverished locations of Rajasthan and Chattisgarh, Bihar, Assam, UP and MP. He has directly worked and engaged with the rural and tribal communities and has also led large teams of professionals for implementing various programs of livelihoods and policy advocacy. He wants to engage the youth into contributing significantly in the development sector and is always ready to guide and mentor them. He is a techie by heart and is driven by a strong belief that only technology and easy access to it can solve the developmental issues of rural and urban India and therefore strives to apply technology to each aspect. He has done an MBA in Marketing & Operations from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and B-Tech in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from Indraprastha University, Delhi

Alok Kumar

Mr. Alok Kumar has over 16 years of experience in Corporate Laws and Compliances from April 2004 to present. Mr. Alok Kumar is associated with Jindal Saw Limited Group (Part of O P Jindal Group) since past 12 years and currently appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of JITF Infralogistics Limited, a company carrying on the business of water and urban infrastructure development providing drinking water solutions and urban waste management systems. Mr. Kumar holds directorship in around 10 Jindal Group companies apart from Hapcom Foundation. Alongside being a responsible professional in corporate world, he has been actively participating and involved with various plantation drives and eco-tourism initiatives. Water management and conservation has been very close to his heart and wishes to do more in this field. He has done Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (2004) LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, and BCom from Delhi University.
